Qualifications & experience
- Must have experience in a bistro service environment
- Pub like food with an added higher standard difference expected
- Pan & grill a must
- Have a passion for all things food
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preparation of Food
- Cooking During Service
- Cooking for Functions
- Be flexible to work as required including nights, with a minimum availability of a Fri or Sat each week & Sundays required
- Understand current trends and help create new dishes
