The Role
BFT Wentworth Point are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced group fitness coaches!
Day-to-day, this role will involve delivering BFT programs to a high standard. BFT offers 14 different class types, which must be clearly and confidently managed by our coaches. Our gym will have dynamic groups of up to 36 clients in every session with our coach's key focus being individual attention to every member. Your knowledge of exercises, training formats, progressions and regressions must be second-to-none.
Coaches are an integral part of everything at BFT Wentworth Point and are critical to the growth of our BFT community.
We are offering regular hours, anywhere from 10-25 per week, we will also provide ongoing training to coaches on all BFT programs as well as providing professional development opportunities. Our aim is to ensure both our employees and our business is achieving its potential and continually growing.
Capabilities, Experience and Qualification Requirements
Essential
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Current CPR and First Aid certificate
- Customer service, member engagement and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work early mornings and evenings, Monday – Saturday
Desirable
- Previous coaching experience, group training and/or personal training experience
- Strength and Conditioning Certificate
- Exercise and Sports Science Degree / Exercise Physiology Degree
