Key Responsibilities:
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach at Muru Pathways, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. You will work collaboratively with participants to develop, implement, and monitor individualised recovery plans. This position involves direct interaction with participants, their formal and informal support network, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised recovery plans in collaboration with participants.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to support participants in achieving their recovery goals.
- Facilitate access to community resources and support networks.
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes participants autonomy and self-determination.
- Collaborate with a variety of allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Certificate IV Mental health or extensive relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of mental health recovery principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with participants and their support networks.
- Knowledge of local community resources and services.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
