Read on.This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Cook What you'll do: Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipment Baking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods Adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards Maintaining a clean workspace at all times Monitoring stock levels Keeping up with cooking techniques and methods What you'll need: Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety Strong communication and organisation skills Flexible availability The perks are good too!
