We are now seeking a driven and tenacious Customer Relations professional, with a background in inbound contact centre environments for an exciting opportunity!
This position will give you the opportunity to further grow and reinforce your skills within Customer Relations supported by a well-established on the job development and coaching structure.
A typical day in the role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications, proficiency with computers and Customer Relationship management software, resolving simple and complex customer queries and most importantly being part of the team that supports our thriving community.

- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume call centre
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for an inbound call centre
