Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while enjoying a fun work atmosphere? Join our team as a casual Service Centre Administrator!
WA Cricket is looking for a number of vibrant, engaged, individuals to join our cool Membership Team to provide amazing customer service and assistance to our WACA and Perth Scorchers members, fans and cricket participants.
Our members mean a lot to us and so these casual roles will provide up to date information regarding their benefits and our Member products, they will respond to general enquires and answer all incoming calls.
As a casual Service Centre Administrator you will also attend match days at the WACA Ground and Optus Stadium to assist in providing excellent membership services. Our people benefits include Membership passes to all cricket games at the WACA Ground and at Optus Stadium.
You will
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members, fans and participants.
- Handle inbound membership and reception inquiries via phone calls and emails professionally, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
- Enter new and renewal membership data into the database accurately and promptly, including payment processing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all membership programs and offerings.
- Promote upgrades, events, and special offers to both new and existing members.
- Participate in outbound call campaigns and other initiatives aimed at engaging members.
- Support the setup and execution of membership events, including match day responsibilities.
- Aid in ticketing requests, processing and stakeholder allocations.
- Assist with membership fulfillment tasks.
Who we are looking for
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively engaging with members, fans, and participants in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary for handling various tasks efficiently, and the ability to adapt to new software and programs is a valuable asset.
- Competent data entry skills are required to accurately input membership information into databases and ensure data integrity.
- Excellent time management skills are crucial for handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment (desirable)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Archtics (desirable)
