- Provide reception support to the Dental and Oral Health Clinic
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
- Work within a diverse team consisting of oral health clinicians, teaching staff and dental and oral health therapy students
- Casual, up to 21 hours per week

The ideal candidate will be courteous and caring, able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone and be able to juggle multiple competing demands effectively. Previous experience working in a hospital, dental or health care facility is preferable.
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of team and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Good numerical skills to accurately and efficiently process banking and financial reconciliations.
- Previous experience using patient management systems and a high level of typing accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and problem solve.
- Qualifications, skills and/or experience relevant to the role.
