SalaryAzure Dental Inglewood is a new startup clinic in Inglewood, owned by three experienced dentists. We have invested heavily in the latest equipment including 3D printing and milling, and we offer a wide range of treatments including implants, orthodontics, cosmetic smile makeovers, and facial injectables. We are an extremely motivated and energetic team and we are now looking for a casual receptionist. The role is initially for someone who can help cover reception while our FOC goes on leave at the end of March but will grow into a part time position as the clinic becomes busier. Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.
Duties will include:
- Managing the appointment book, optimizing schedules and recall systems
- General admin tasks including answering telephone calls and emails
- Processing payments and assist patients with health fund inquiries
- Explain financial options to patients and assist in any registration required
- Co-ordinate lab work
- Follow up with patients before, during and after treatment
- Support the rest of the team when required
Ideal applicant
- Experience in dental/healthcare industry is a MUST. Please only apply if you have experience.
- Experience using Exact software
- Works independently and shows initiative
- Pleasant and friendly manner with patients
- Effective communicator
- Organised and efficient
- Flexible and team player
- Experience in dental assisting and willingness to help out clinically is an added bonus
- Previous sales experience will also be advantageous
