AddressOptus Stadium, internationally recognised as the World’s Most Beautiful Stadium (Prix Versailles 2019), is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as a Casual Distribution Store Person.

Our high-performing team at Optus Stadium is known for innovation and continuous evolution, hosting upcoming events such as WWE Elimination Chamber, P!NK, the 2024 AFL season, the BBL, and much more. The Stadium, located in the heart of Perth’s Burswood peninsula, is an entertainment, dining, and events destination attracting locals and tourists alike.
Position: Casual Distribution Store Person
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming goods at Optus Stadium.
- Maintain general 'housekeeping' and organization of all warehouse storage locations.
- Opportunity for cross-training between Retail Distribution & Cellar Operations Teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precision.
Requirements:
- Energetic and committed work ethic
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate a 2-way radio.
- Physically fit, adaptable to high volume workloads, and willingness to work in a manual handling role.
- Previous warehousing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector (desirable).
- Exposure to working within a cold storage environment (desirable).
- Experience conducting regular stocktakes & cycle counts of SOH (desirable).
- Experience operating electric pallet jacks & other associated warehouse tools & machinery (desirable).
- Current Forklift License (desirable).

Work Schedule:
The Loading Dock operates 0700 – 1500 up to 7 days per week, with opportunities for work hours during the week as well as on major event days.
Please note that this a casual position, and regular shifts and hours are not guaranteed due to operational requirements.
