We are searching for a Experienced Duty Manager with pub experience, events & marketing experience highly desirable. You must be Experienced in Management, Coaching and mentoring staff from Management, Kitchen and all F&B Staff. Retail Liquor, Events, Gaming, Wagering and Bar Service background highly regarded. Salary will be offered to the successful candidate after a proven trial period.
Successful applicant will display qualities of trust, loyalty, punctuality & reliability. RMLV, RSA, TAB compliance, RSG, own transport.. A broad knowledge of all pub operations is required, including Strong Knowledge of Gaming (Wildcat) and able to complete End of Month Gaming reporting if required, (Pokies, TAB & KENO) is essential, Events experience would be a bonus.

Available across 7 days and nights are a must, however NO 4am Finishes here!!!
