This beloved watering hole is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Pub Duty Manager to join the management team. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring patrons receive exceptional service and enjoy a seamless experience. You will oversee staff management, customer service, and operational efficiency, all while fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of far north Queensland.Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating great guest experiences
• Solid understanding of pub operations, including stock management, cash handling, and scheduling
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, APPROVED MANAGERS will be required
