We require an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our busy team in the capacity of casual Duty Manager. This hands-on role will require outstanding customer service, being able to lead by example and an ability to offer clear direction and supervision to staff.

- Rates are per Registered and Licensed Club Award, late work and weekend penalty rates apply
- Casual role, other hours available in F&B and Gaming

- Practical experience in a same or higher role.
- Be able to work a variety of shifts days, weekends and nights until 4am.
- Must have a very high skill level in dealing with conflict and conflict resolution.
- Staff management skills.
- Be available to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Be extremely flexible and able to multi task with a keen attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Accurate cash handling skills.
- High standard of presentation.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting, pushing, moving and pulling) for any setup requirements.
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager and First Aid Certificate.
- Proven track record in understanding and delivering exceptional customer service.
