About the Role We are looking for experienced Catering Assistants to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. In this role you will be working in a self-directed team environment executing a high level of food production and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and catering areas. Your main tasks will be to help set up morning and afternoon tea, prepare sandwiches and salads for lunch and help with the dishes. Shift times will vary but will mainly be during business hours and may include some weekends and evenings. About you Our Ideal candidate will have basic food preparation experience ideally in hospitality, venues or events management however training will be provided. In addition, you will demonstrate: Awareness of and interest in current food trends and innovations Attention to details and keep will organised and tidy within your workspace Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Calmness under pressure Vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a medical exemption Why Join Us?
