This is a great opportunity to join the Hospitality Services Team at MDHS, at locations across Maryborough, Avoca and Dunolly, The Food & Domestic Assistant position is responsible for all activities relating to the food delivery and cleaning services throughout the organisation. Ensuring that the Food & Environmental Services are carried out to ensure best practice. As a member of the Hospitality Services team, you will be required to achieve and uphold MDHS values.

Hourly Casual rates from $33 per hour

Award: Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025

Rostered hours, days and locations negotiable depending on roster availability.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

•  Food Handlers Certificate (willing to achieve certificate)

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills

• Demonstrate the ability to problem solve, use initiative and flexibility with a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

• Experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
