Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centered around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. These include:
- Domestic Assistance
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Linen service
- Engaging in social activities
- Excellent work/life balance with plenty of shifts available
- A caring team environment with strong clinical and allied health support
- Training and support plus development opportunities
- $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance
- Reimbursement of $0.85per per km you travel when using your own vehicle
- Work mobile phone and uniform provided
- Private health insurance discounts
- An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family
- Experience in Aged Care or similar field i.e. Cleaning/ Housekeeping
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain)
- Own vehicle and drivers licence
- Evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
