An exciting opportunity exists for a career minded hospitality professional to join the Marion Holiday Park as a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a casual position where the successful candidate will work shifts across a 7 day roster – approximately 25 hours per week. Office hours 7 days 8am – 6.30pm
Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide outstanding customer service for guest arrivals, departures, café service and phone enquiries.
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with reservations
- Maintaining park security and safety.
- Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required.
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise both occupancy and rates.
The successful applicant will possess the following
- Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work in a Guest focused environment.
- Previous 3 years + experience working in a Front Desk Hospitality Reception (Accommodation) role is preferred.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
- The ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in using Newbook or other Hotel Reservation System preferred.
- Eligible to live and work in Australia.
Additional Information
Current Senior First Aid or willingness to obtain
Current RSA or willingness to obtain
Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
Barista training offered to successful candidate.
Opportunity to obtain additional hours in other areas of the business.
