Casual Storeperson / Delivery Driver
Prowler Proof is looking for a Storeperson / Delivery Driver to join our busy and hard-working team. This is a Casual position, working full-time 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Storeperson / Delivery Driver is responsible for:
- Goods inwards and distribution - container deliveries
- Warehouse and bulk storage - stock placement, labelling and rotation
- Stock replenishment of production workstations
- Delivery and collection - collections/deliveries from local suppliers
- Delivery of goods to a select dealer group - delivery of product in a timely manner, safe handling and packing of product, accuracy with manifests, friendly and prompt customer services to our dealers
The essential criteria to fulfill the role include:
- a minimum or 3 years experience in a similar Storeperson role
- a valid forklift licence
- a valid manual drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- experience moving long lengths of aluminium extrusion, 6m+
- strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- experience delivering goods and correct manual handling techniques
- experience with software operation
- a clean driving history
- available for a 6am start

Wage rate
The position is paid in line with the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020 (MA000084). The casual rate is $29.83 per hour.
New employees demonstrating exceptional skills and self-leadership qualities will be provided an opportunity to fast-track their employment to a full-time, permanent position.
