We are looking for the “right attitude”. Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be working with a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents, and their families to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care and lifestyle support services to clients of BlueCross

What your days will look like:
Provide nursing care to our clients
Ensure our client’s daily care is provided in a dignified manner
Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
Work closely with your teammates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
Escalate any issues or concerns to your Residence Manager
