Set in the foothills of South Hobart beneath Mt. Wellington, we’re home to the oldest operating brewery in Australia, Cascade Brewing Co, celebrating 200 years in 2024. Proudly local, we’re passionate about our Tasmanian brewing history.
Our doors and heritage beer garden are open seven days, we welcome locals of today and tomorrow with the best of Tassie in a glass, on a plate and accompanied by our Hobart hospitality. All the details matter to us.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for enthusiastic kitchen staff of all levels who are excited about learning and willing to grow and progress their career as professional chefs. Work alongside a creative Head Chef who is nurturing and willing to see his team develop as we set a new culinary direction for the Brewery Bar.
You must be passionate about cooking and respect produce and provenance. You should display great teamwork and communication and be flexible and adaptable to new challenges.
