Casual Lecturers (Business)

Melbourne Institute of Technology (MIT) is a leading Private institute of Higher Education with campuses in Melbourne and Sydney.  We provide IT, Networking, Data Analytics, Business, Accounting and Engineering (Telecommunications) programs, at bachelor’s and master’s degree levels, to Australian and International students. 

We are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to teach postgraduate and undergraduate courses in the business discipline. Specifically:

• Business communications 
• Taxation Law
• Accounting
• Business Analytics
• Marketing with experience in using and teaching:
  • Midjourney
  • Canva
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Dall-E 3
  • Wordpress 

Multiple roles available in the Sydney and Melbourne campuses. 

Commencing March 2024

• Doctorate degree in a related discipline to teach postgraduate level
• A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience at the tertiary level.
• All applicants must have a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education or equivalent qualification in addition to the requirements listed above.
• Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
• Online/eLearning and project supervision experience would be an advantage.
• Extensive industry experience is a plus.
