Main Duties & Responsibilities
Servicing grocery stores in Huonville
Accurate and consistent reporting via the Strikeforce App
Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing)
Executing tasks, building displays, erecting point-of-sale
Negotiating off location opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
Communicating up & coming promotional activities
Accurate reporting
Planograms/Relays - Executions & Compliance
Shelf adjustments
Stock Placement
Ticketing
Obtaining sign off by store personnel
Accurate reporting
What you need to succeed
You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights.
Current State Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Available to work shifts minimum of 10–15 hours per week between Wednesday-Thursday. Please note that Wednesdays are a compulsory requirement for this role.
A love of physical work and attention to detail
Physically fit – no impairments to bending and lifting
Interpersonal skills, enabling you to relate to a diverse range of people
Previous experience in Grocery Merchandising or supplies is a bonus but not essential.
Willing to be flexible in a changing environment
Full training will be provided, no prior experience is required.
What you’ll get in return
Casual role under the Commercial Sales Award
Hourly rate from $22.16 – $30.54 per hour + Super, inclusive of casual loading (hourly rate will be dependent on age and Award)
