We're looking for experienced Personal Trainers or group trainers who are looking to further their coaching abilities or apply their already found skills and knowledge in the strength and conditioning space. We are looking for 3 coaches (casual and Part Time) with hours ranging from 12 - 30 hours per week, across morning and afternoon shifts + Saturdays.

Aesthetically cool, modern, lifestyle & community-driven, whilst focusing on bringing you a world-class training facility. With over 50 AM & PM sessions on offer from Monday-Saturday, The Yard’s sessions focus on strength, power, strength endurance, conditioning & cardio with our Turf, Rig and Pay Day sessions.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a background in group fitness coaching as well as 1:1 coaching
- You are energetic, motivated, proactive and positive
- You are skilled in anatomy, exercise science principles and strength and conditioning
- You have confidence in your abilities and can lead a group
- You are able to work with people from all backgrounds, fitness levels and ages alike
- You are passionate about helping people better themselves and getting the most out of your clients
- You are focused on form, you know how to correct, progress and regress different clients needs when required
- You are looking for a space where you can integrate yourself into the community and drive community initiatives
- You are a team player!!
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a positive and clean environment (uphold The Yard Gym standards)
- You are open to learn and develop
- You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (diploma or Bachelors degree in relevant field favoured)
- Knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be available to travel for onboarding week in June.
- Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer.
