About Ilim College

The role
You will be employed on a day-to-day basis to replace temporary or permanent teachers who are on short-term leave covering a range of subjects where a particular need arises. $400 Per Day

- Will be able to provide students with a positive learning environment, utilising strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the unique pastoral needs of young men
- Must possess high proficiency in skillsets within a contemporary blended learning environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff and students in enhancing the quality of learning and development of young minds
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice
