About the Role
This role will see you gain wide ranging experience across research specialisations including Gen AI, data visualisation, survey programming, and qualitative research recruitment. You will provide support across the organisation on exciting and innovative projects in consumer research where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact! This role includes the following opportunities:
- Support our Data & Analytics team on exciting AI innovations.
- Data visualisation – preparing charts, graphs and findings that will assist consultants in communicating research results to clients.
- Produce and review fault free, consistent, clear, easy to read and aesthetically appealing reports and presentations.
- Recruiting research participants from client sample, external partners, and social media.
- Programming survey mail-outs and launching online campaigns when required to improve overall participation rates.
About You
You are a high achiever who has a curious mind. You’re naturally energetic and passionate. You strive to deliver exceptional results and are always at the top of your game. You will bring to the role:
- Working towards Bachelor qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Psychology, or a related discipline, maintaining a Distinction (75+ WAM).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and an affinity for working with numbers.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Wix.
- Keen interests in research and data, including Gen AI and data visualisation.
- Strong eye for detail with an ability to review your own work and others work.
- Exceptional customer service ethos and professional phone manner.
- You have an ability to meet deadlines and manage your own time.
- A well-presented disposition with a professional approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Mandarin highly regarded.
