iKOU is seeking inspiring, positive and an experienced Retail Sales Assistant for our iKOU QVB skincare boutique.
You will love the art of retail and find joy in inspiring our guests to experience the benefits of organic, Australian made, home spa rituals.
We are a unique business, with company goals of wow-factor service and care for our guests being the KPIs we set for our team. Passion and knowledge are at the heart of our culture, and we believe this is the key to success.
You will love being an ambassador for a company that inspires rest and relaxation, in skin, body & mind, not only for our guests but for our team!
This role is based in our beautiful Queen Victoria Building Sydney sanctuary. Candidate must be available Tuesday, Thursday evening, and Saturday.

Skills & experience
- Experience in retail and customer service
- Experience in Beauty/ Wellness industry highly regarded
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Great communication skills
