We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced retailer to join our dynamic team at the Home Co Caringbah Showroom. Dive into a role where your passion for sales and customer service can truly shine.
Position Availability:
- Casual: 1-3 shifts per week
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to meet targets and KPIs
- Manage customer expectations regarding product delivery times
- Coordinate scheduling for deliveries and payments
- Provide top-notch customer service and detailed product advice
- Assist in styling and enhancing customer homes
- Maintain showroom presentation and housekeeping standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Engaging and friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work during our trading hours
- Proactive and sales-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer operations
- Experience with POS and EFTPOS systems preferred
