About the Role
Primary responsibilities include:
- Teaching stage management procedures through pre-production, rehearsal, and performance structures.
- Participating in the administration, assessment, and examination of students.
Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Professional Standing Criteria
- A postgraduate qualification in stage management or equivalent combination of qualification and experience.
- Previous experience in teaching or training at tertiary level is highly desirable.
Essential Criteria:
- Thorough understanding of stage management practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in stage management.
- An understanding of current and emerging trends in stage management
- Ability to communicate effectively with students; ability to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with colleagues.
- Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to diversity and ability to work with students, staff, and administrators, including pastoral skills in mentoring staff and supporting students.
