Product Manager you will be responsible for better organising and making it easy for teams fulfilling customer orders and making it easy for teams to find stored orders for handover by considering processes, equipment and technology to achieve outcomes. You will help take our capabilities to the next level by building out the product strategy to ensure that we prioritise and partner effectively to deliver long-term sustainable value and ROI.Bring your wealth of knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills to a new team and a part of our fulfilment journey that is entirely manual today. Our aspiration is to build a consistent process across the store network that leverages smart technology solutions to make the process measurable, easy for Store Teams and enabled for our growth targets.

- Partner with others across the business including operations and engineering teams to align delivery of shared outcomes & goals
- Lead strategic initiatives that strike a balance between customer satisfaction, team effectiveness and business outcomes

- Product Strategy: Defines and aligns Product strategies based on emerging factors, communicates how it is aligned to business strategy and purpose and provides focus across Squads
- Service concept design: working with Operations to build Store team processes to locate and store customers orders and influencing the broader business to value order throughput
- Connection (Stakeholder Relationships & Influence): Uses professional influence to consistently obtain the support of senior stakeholders across many areas of Woolworths, outside my immediate area.
- Collaboration: Fosters the sense of one goal, one Tribe/ Team, with no silos, achieving significant outcomes together across Tribes
- Previous experience with logistics, warehousing, fulfilment and/or supply chain or prior e-commerce domain experience
