Casual Storeperson - Afternoon Shift

This role is based at our Distribution Centre in Mile End and will be required to work on Afternoon Shift (2:00pm -10:15pm). As this is a casual position, having good availability and the ability to come into work with limited noticed is required. Who are we looking for?Haigh’s is seeking committed individuals, with a can-do attitude. You will have previous experience with receiving goods, unloading / loading product, picking orders for distribution and packing stock away. This will see you working independently and with the team to achieve the required jobs by their deadlines.To be successful in the position, you will have: Previous Warehouse experience (essential) Forklift License (preferred but not essential) Experience with receipt and dispatch of orders in a fast-paced environment Technologically savvy to use computer-based software for the purposes of enterprise resource planning (ERP) Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail A strong focus on safety Composed and professional approach to working in a systematic manner within time constraints A committed attitude and work ethic Integrity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills What’s in it for you?
