Property Housing Administrator

This is a full time, permanent position based in Wickham all applicants must be living and residing in the local area. Reporting into the Housing Manager, the Property Housing Administrator will provide support to the Property Management team. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:Greeting Customers and ClientsAttend to incoming inquiriesKey ManagementPreparing and processing lease documentsStrong customer service skillsAccuracy and attention to detail are imperative in this role as we need to ensure all information and correspondence is accurate, professionally presented and meets legislation requirements.
