Casual Staff Needed  – We are currently looking for Casual Support Staff who have the drive and commitment it truly takes in making a difference in a changing environment when providing support to people living with a disability.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Community Participation, assisting with social outings and transport
Assistance with daily life tasks
Provide support in a manner that is consistent and encourages and motivates our participants to meet their goals
Maintain positive working relationships with other team members, participants, families and stakeholders.
Regular recording of shift notes, reporting and support plans, identifying areas of improvement and recognising steps taken towards achieving goals.
Portray values and attitudes in line with those of TSS
Qualifications & Requirements
NDIS Workers Screening
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
QLD Drivers Licence
First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
Reliable car 
Full comprehensive car insurance
Previous experience in the disability industry is highly regarded but not essential.
