About the role
We are looking for people to join our Melbourne team as Disability Support Workers in the community, casual positions are currently available to work with the community care team.
- As a Support Worker you will support clients with personal care activities, assist with mobility and support people in completing their daily activities and assist them in the community
- Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.
- Promote customer choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the customer
We have clients living at home in Aspendale, Parkdale, Brighton, Mordialloc, and surrounding suburbs. Where we can we will roster employees based on geographic location to minimise travel.

- Current and valid Driver’s Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle
