Role & Responsibilities:
- To support an individual's wellbeing in their home and the community at all times.
- To Provide person-centered care to meet individual needs.
- To administer medication as required following all policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct programs/activities which support individuals to achieve their goals as stated in their Individual Support Plan. ·
- To maintain a safe and secure environment for the day to day activities within an individual's home and or in the community. ·
- Respect, protect, and promote the human rights obligations of the organization.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current Police Check ·
- Current First Aid Level II and CPR ·
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Eligibility to Work in Australia Current Victorian driver’s license and Own vehicle
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Medication administration Training or Willing to obtain
- NDIS Screening Check
- Complete Covid vaccination certificate
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
