We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Customer Service Operator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity for full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with time off over the school holidays and a 6-week closure during the Christmas period.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls & emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products/services.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements:
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) or a willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in customer service or phone operator roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills.
