Telephone Answering/Booking Services.
Located in Goonellabah Northern NSW
Casual 20 + hours per week, Flexible.
Work is available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
If you have the following attributes we'd like to hear from you.
· A fantastic telephone manner and great spelling,
· Accurate touch typing speed of 40 wpm +,
· Competent computer skills,
· Friendly and a desire to help callers.
· Experience making bookings and taking detailed messages.
. The ability to stay calm under pressure and enjoy a fast pace.
About Us. Our call management services are provided to many businesses large or small to enhance the customer experience. We take detailed messages, make bookings, dispatch on-call staff, answer questions and provide solutions according to each business' protocols.
To be successful in this role you must enjoy helping people, be solution oriented and want to help other businesses succeed all while providing excellent service to the caller. We have a friendly team based in Goonellabah where you will attend each shift. This is not a home based position.
