Your New Role
Step into an exciting opportunity as a casual travelling Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, reporting to the Nursing Regional Manager. Become an integral part of our flourishing organisation in a newly created position dedicated to facilitating the delivery of care under the guidance of a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on improving the health outcomes of our valued senior customers.
You will facilitate clinical management and coordination efforts in this key role. We are in search of an individual driven by motivation and passion, poised to excel in an autonomous role that promises freedom and flexibility. Your role will involve orchestrating seamless rounds with Geriatricians, Physicians, and GPs, meticulously coordinating appointments, and fostering clear communication between on-site staff and remote healthcare providers. The Registered or Enrolled Nurse will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery, backed by the support of the Nursing Regional Manager and the administration team. The successful candidate will contribute to our care model by engaging in organic business development to expand the resident base. Proficiency in computer usage is a must, and while prior telehealth experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's or Diploma of Nursing.
- Experience in problem-solving and professional collaboration.
- IT skills and proficiency in documenting customer needs.
- AHPRA Nursing Registration.
- Aged Care experience, leadership preferred.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
