The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team and the client base, keeping the firm’s document management system in order and will be responsible for ensuring operations and procedures are organised and streamlined.
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting all clients in a welcoming manner
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
- Maintain and update client database
- Manage ATO correspondence and lodgements
- Creating, proofing, editing, and formatting documents
- Liaising with the ATO and other government bodies
- Assisting with general ad-hoc duties
Skills and experience
As the successful candidate you will have the following selection criteria:
- 2 years + experience in a similar role
- Have a professional and friendly customer service attitude
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- School Hours
