The Role - Casual Educator
We are looking for educators with a clear passion for the Early Years. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of running programs and have a solid understanding of the National Quality Frameworks implementation and programming as well as having in-depth knowledge of children's development from 0-5 yrs old.
Assisting the permanent educators through actively engaging and supervising the children, delivering activities, following the routine and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children at all times. As an Orchard casual you will develop sustainable positive and professional relationships with team members, children, and their families
Essential Criteria
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or other recognised qualification by ACECQA
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current first aid and CPR qualification
- Great attitude and work ethics
- Experience working in the long daycare setting
