Us.
Due to an internal promotion of one of our Event Managers, we are now seeking a star Event Manager to come on board.
Indigo Bay Events (And our sister company, Innovations Catering), is a premium, personalized catering & events company with a strong focus on creating inspiring & truly memorable events for our guests. Based in a relatively new, high-profile, $65 million building, 4kms from Perth CBD, we are seeking an experienced and passionate person to join our events team.
You.
- Absolutely focused, on the quality of our guest's experience.
- Sales-focused, with guidance from our Group Marketing Director.
- Calm, positive & energetic.
- Able to assist & oversee multiple daily deliveries, catering & events.
- Organized, efficient & able to achieve deadlines and key targets.
- Able to work evenings & weekends as required.
- A high level of personal presentation & excellent communication skills.
- Able to be hands-on & lead operations for small-medium event teams, from initial inquiry to event end.
- Minimum 1-yr in an Event Coordinator or Event Manager Role.
- Approved Manager's Certificate & vehicle license.

Responsibilities.
- End-to-end, administrative management of events, inc. initial inquiry, quoting, event orders, handover to event operations manager, to invoicing.
- Hands-on management or assistance of events if required.
- Providing key documents such as weekly/monthly event forecasts, run sheets, event briefing notes.
- Taking ownership of key clients and their expectations.
- Organizing multiple catering & event quotations and handovers each day.
- Liaising with the kitchen on event updates & ensuring timely event & catering operations.
- Payroll & key financial targets.
