AddressWe are looking for Catering Assistants to join our team in the kitchen at our 60 bed Aged Care home - Jonathan Rogers House in Nowra. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team in the kitchen and help prepare for and serve up nutritious meals to our elderly residents. Working for a not-for-profit organisation gives you the advantage of salary packaging up to $15,900 of your base pay to maximise your take home salary. To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Knowledge and experience of Food Safety requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working within Aged Care, Disability Support, Hospitals or relevant industry is highly desirable
- Willing to undergo a National Police check
- Australian working rights
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
