We are currently inviting applications for the role of:
Catering Assistant
The Catering Assistants support the catering team with basic food preparation, and assisting with maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the commercial kitchen, tuckshop and dining room.
There current role available is Monday to Friday – 6am – 2pm, during school term time.
This role will work predominately in the tuckshop assisting with food preparation, customer service and delivery of pre-orders to the primary school. Consideration will also be given to sharing this shift across two people.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys the ‘buzz’ of a busy catering environment. You will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a busy catering environment will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work well in a positive team environment.
- A working knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
