Key Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices using Basware software (highly desirable skill)
- Manage client cash ordering and fund distribution (training provided)
- Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the management team
- Maintain filing systems efficiently
- Handle petty cash reimbursements
- Process fleet log sheets and manage vehicle servicing/cleaning bookings
- Process online maintenance requests
- Previous experience working within a government environment
- Familiarity with Basware and Objective software (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
