Casual Catering Chef Required!
Our Catering Company in Southport is looking for a chef to join our team.
Start ASAP!
3-days a week.
Weekdays shift only.
15-20hrs per week (or more if busy)
Excellent pay rates and bonus perks.
Responsibilities:
Help manage the preparation and production of food.
Assist with menu development, specify product standards, control and maintain food inventories, adhere to recipes and ensure smooth and safe operations.
Oversee events for timely deliveries/ pick-ups and food quality.
Do the deliveries to clients if needed.
Do stock inventory and ordering.
Help with the dishes and clean the kitchen by the end of the shift.
Candidates must have:
Commercial Cookery Certificate 4
At least 2yrs Experience in kitchen
Full Driver's License
Attention to detail and passion for cooking food.
Must be able to work alone.
Great work ethic.
