We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team:
- Plan bar menus in consultation with Chefs
- Plan and organize special functions
- Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Liaise with suppliers
- Implement and perform approved cost control procedures and tracking
- Invoicing clients
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensure bar facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable
appearance
- Establish and maintain strong business working relationships with Owners, Employees and
Customers ensuring regular contact and communication
- Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with drinks and service standards and ensure
regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented
- Select, train and supervise waiting and bar staff
- Manage efficient and effective team performance
- Manage and monitor all staff and ensure all are working efficiently and in the correct manner
