We are passionate about aged care and are accepting applications for a Catering Services Manager/Head Chef for our residential facility Advantaged Care - Barden Lodge located at Barden Ridge (Sutherland Area). ABOUT THE ROLE As the Head Chef within Advantaged Care at Barden Lodge you will be accountable to the Executive Manager for the day-to-day management of the kitchen. As part of the management team you are accountable for menu development, stock control and the overall preparation and serving of nutritious and attractive meals for our residents. The Successful candidate will hold:Certificate IV in commercial cookery or equivalent qualification
