Job description

Great People, Great Company, Great Future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Senior Completions Coordinator, the CCMS Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the Completions and Commissioning Management System (CCMS), specifically focusing on the Omega - Pims Completions system.

This position requires a blend of technical acumen, engineering or trade background, and a strong ability to coordinate complex project activities, ensuring seamless data management, system integration, and support across all phases of the project lifecycle.

This is a casual 2:1 FIFO roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation in the Pilbara region.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing ongoing support to project teams, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Conduct training sessions for contractors on effectively utilising the CCMS.
  • Effectively managing and documenting all changes within the CCMS database, ensuring traceability and compliance with project change control processes and standards.
  • Facilitating and coordinating walkdown activities to ensure construction verification and compliance with project specifications.
  • Generating daily project reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and milestones to support decision-making processes.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between engineering (for data acquisition), construction (for verification), commissioning (for energisation), and operations (for handover requirements), ensuring smooth data flow and integration.
  • Leveraging technical skills to integrate P&ID and SLD drawings into the CCMS.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Demonstrable technical experience in managing and administering CCMS, particularly with Omega - Pims Completions system.
  • A degree or certification in engineering, or a trade background, complemented by a strong understanding of project execution strategies.
  • Intermediate Experience in Mining and Project design practices and systems.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and systematise P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and SLD (Single Line Diagrams) drawings.
  • Proven experience in coordinating complex project activities, preferably in the construction, commissioning, or similar industrial sectors.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in CCMS Database Management and IT / Database certification is desirable.
  • A natural aptitude for software applications and systems, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to organise, prioritise, and manage tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
