Ceiling Fixer required FIFO 2:1 Roster - Ongoing Project
$140k p.a. + meal allowance
NeoWest Building Company are a well established growing organisation, primarily servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara. We seek experienced tradespersons for an (up to 2 years) ongoing housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara for an immediate start. Starting rates:
Trades - $55.00 / hour + super + meal allowance
Family Friendly 2/1 Roster, approx. 140 hours per swing.
Accommodation provided in houses, either Tom Price or Paraburdoo.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- No issues living in share house accommodation (3 Bed house with 3 occupants)
- Ceiling Fixer: experienced at fixing and flushing and residential refurbishment.
- Min 5 Years Trade/ Construction Experience
- Own tools incl sander & vac. We will transport tools.
- Ability to work safely in a mining & resources contracting environment.
- Ability to wear provided PPE and follow site safety protocols.
- Ability to achieve the highest quality of finishes in a very efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Drivers license manual preferred
- Provide and maintain a recent model smartphone in working order.
- Ability to pass medical and D&A screens
- Pride in their work, and maintain their workplace.
