We're seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to join our friendly Cellar Door team at Squitchy Lane Vineyard, a boutique winery nestled in the heart of Yarra Valley.
In this casual role, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Conducting informative and engaging wine tastings
- Sharing your knowledge of our wines and the Yarra Valley wine region
- Processing wine sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Take bookings, process orders, and handle phone enquiries
- Maintaining a clean and inviting Cellar Door environment
We're looking for someone who:
- Has good wine knowledge
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is enthusiastic and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
- A positive and can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously.
- Holds an RSA Licence
This role offers:
- Flexible hours, with Sundays and/or Saturdays a requirement (weekly or fortnightly). Be part of a close-knit team in a beautiful setting
