WHAT’S INVOLVED?

We’re looking for an experienced wine connoisseur to join the team and offer our guests a tasting experience to remember. 

• You have a passion for wine – drawing on your experience and knowledge of wine, you will display a high product knowledge to educate our guests.
• You’re a leader – being a mentor for the tasting pavilion team, you will lead by example and empower quality service and innovation. 
• You’ll understand our customers – Using your strong customer service skills you’ll get to know our customers and offer an experience to remember.
• You’ll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Promote our products and share the history of the brands within the Bickfords group of Companies when conducting tours and tastings.
• You’ll have an eye for detail – Ensure high presentation standards are met to keep the tasting pavilion immaculate.
• You’ll be a team player – Using strong communication skills you will build rapport with your colleagues to create a high functioning team.
• You’ll be versatile – with the potential to also work in the Vale Restaurant and Bar,  corporate events and weddings, you will adapt to different styles of service to match the occasion.
• You’ll be reliable – Work across a 7 day roster, including some nights and weekends
