Here is your opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team in a brand-new hospitality venue opening up in the centre of Dunsborough.
The venue will be a unique hybrid of Cellar Door and Restaurant and we are looking for people to present our wines at the tasting bar.
About Wayfinder
Wayfinder Farm and Vineyard is located in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. We are a wine brand with a focus on sustainability and a light-touch approach to regenerative farming.
Aside from our organically certified vineyard, we also have chickens, sheep, bees, vegetable gardens and a newly planted orchard and we aim to use our produce to help create a farm-to-table experience for our customers.
Cellar Door
The tasting bar is at the front of the restaurant and is the perfect place to welcome visitors with a friendly and knowledgeable wine-tasting experience. Working in a collaborative and friendly environment you will have on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn from our experienced team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, welcoming and informed customer service.
- Promoting and building our wine club membership.
- Following responsible service of alcohol, food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Expertise and experience in working in a Cellar Door.
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to adapt to changing work priorities in a fast-paced venue.
- WSET is favourable but not essential.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol or Approved Manager Certification.
